We have learned that selecting and buying a mantle can be a simple process if these few important items are addressed:

Good measurements.  Our staff will come to your site or aid you in making perfect measurements.  See our template/measurements for each mantle design by clicking on your mantle choice on our catalog page.

Location of your gas valves. Make sure gas valve is placed outside of mantel dimensions.

Floor to firebox clearance.  If you want one of our matching hearths, you will need 2 inches of clearance from your floor to the bottom or your firebox. 

Pricing.  After helping you make your selection, we will give you the pricing for your standard or custom mantle including delivery and installation (installation for metro Denver clients only).

For our out of town clients.  We will work with you and your installer to insure that you make the correct measurements and that you know the complete pricing for your mantle including shipping and crating.  We recommend that you use competent tile setters or masons to install our mantles.

Terms: 50% deposit initiates an order. Balance is due prior to shipping.

Distinctive Mantle Design Inc. is NOT responsible for damages occurring once pieces have left our manufacturing facilities. Merchandise must be uncrated and inspected at the time of delivery and discrepancies noted on the bill of lading. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours TO THE CARRIER.
